Policies
Cancellation Policy:  Valère reserves a 50% charge for services cancelled within 24hrs, and a 100% charge if a no-show occurs.  


Arrival:  Please always ​arrive 5-10 minutes early so we may ensure you receive your full service.  If you are tardy to an appointment, we may need to downgrade your service to an option we can perform in the time allotted.


Children:  We do not permit children in our location if they are not receiving a service.  In consideration of the relaxation and experience of all of our guests, please arrange childcare before your appointment.


Products:  If you are not satisfied with your Aveda product of choice, we would love the opportunity to educate you on the vast array of products we have, and accept exchanges and/or in-store credit for the product returned.


Pre-Pay:  If you wish to pre-pay, you are able to purchase the services under a Gift Card for your guest to redeem at the time of their arrival.  This is non-refundable and expires 1-year from purchase date.


Gift Cards:  We do not accept returns on any Gift Cards purchased.  All Gift Cards expire 1-year from purchase date.


Serenity and Viziato Gift Cards:  These Gift Cards were purchased with a "1-year expiraation date" and all are expired as of August 8th, 2017.  


Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  We do not accept American Express credit cards.​
